Questions merchants ask first

What do you need from us to get stock in?

An ASN for the inbound and your packing specification. The ASN is what receiving counts against, which is what makes a discrepancy something we tell you about on the day.

Do we have to move all of our inventory?

No. Most merchants start with one channel or product line. What matters is that whatever we hold is counted and visible.

How does our store know what is on the shelf?

Counts are written back as they happen, not batched overnight, so your storefront shows the number the floor last scanned.

Can you handle retail POs as well as web orders?

Both, from one pool of stock. That is the reason to run them in one building rather than splitting inventory between a 3PL and a warehouse.

Who ships it once it leaves the bench?

The same network. An order hands off to our linehaul or last-mile leg on the record it was picked on.
