LAST MILE

Win the last mile.

Delivery services for ecommerce brands, with our own fleet where available.

Compare delivery options against your parcel profile and customer destinations. Tracking, recipient support and proof of delivery connect the route to the order your customer placed.

  • Our own drivers and vans, not a broker
  • Live status and proof of delivery on every parcel
  • Service and billing terms reviewed for your account

Choose your speed

Four service levels, chosen per order.

A parcel takes the level its order was sold with. Nothing here is an account-wide setting you pick once and live with.

Same-day
Same-day dispatch and delivery for qualifying orders, where stock availability, cutoff and delivery address meet the agreed service requirements.
Next-day ground
Delivery on the next working day for eligible orders and destinations, under the service plan agreed for your account.
Air Skip
Bulk over the long leg, then injected into local delivery at the far end. Takes days out of a long lane without paying express on every parcel.
Standard ground
Ground shipping for orders that do not need a same-day or next-day service. Transit expectations are agreed for the destination.

What the bill says

Compare the full delivery cost

The base parcel rate is only part of a delivery comparison. Review the service scope and any applicable charges in the proposal, using the same destinations and parcel dimensions for each provider.

Peak-season requirements

Share your peak forecast before agreeing the delivery plan. Confirm capacity arrangements and any seasonal terms alongside the quoted service.

Fuel and other charges

Ask which charges are included in the quoted price and which may vary. The agreement should make the total delivery cost clear for the lanes you use.

Parcel weight and dimensions

Use accurate weights and dimensions when requesting pricing. Confirm how measurement differences are handled so the invoice can be compared with the parcel profile quoted.

Our own fleet is the reason any of this is possible.

Ecom operates delivery vehicles and coordinates the routes they serve. Warehouse and delivery teams can work together on dispatch and exceptions, with carrier options for orders that need another service.

The people and systems behind the promise.

Delivery needs more than a van at the door. Route operations, tracking and recipient support stay connected to your order.

Control-tower operations

Orders, drivers, routes and exceptions in one operational view. A change on the route stays visible to the team running it.

Customer experience

Delivery updates, tracking and proof at the door. Recipients have a direct support route when a shipment needs attention.

Responsible scale

Electric vehicles run alongside the fleet. Route planning and consolidated freight are operating practices; measured environmental outcomes are published only when substantiated.

Technology and integrations

Connected to the store the order came from.

Orders arrive as they are placed and the status goes back to the same order, so your team and your customer read the same thing without anyone logging into ours.

What we connect to

See every integration

Tell us where your customers are.

Your monthly parcel volume, your destination mix and the service levels you sell. We will come back with how we would route it and what it costs.

Who this is for

Ecommerce brands shipping parcels to Canadian addresses who want the delivery to look like part of their own brand rather than an anonymous handoff.

Already with us for fulfillment

Orders fulfilled by Ecom can move from packing to our delivery operation where the route is available. Dispatch and delivery requirements are planned together.

What your customer gets

Live status as the parcel moves, delivery instructions they can leave for the driver, and a timestamped photo of where it was left.
