Delivery speed is a business decision.

An urgent local order and a routine replenishment do not need the same service. Compare the delivery window and full parcel cost before setting the checkout promise. Ecom connects the drivers, routing, tracking and support behind that promise, on its own fleet where available and through carrier options where another service fits.

Your volume joins an operation already in motion

The fleet and the facilities are already on the ground. You plug in and your parcels ride a network that is running today.

Closer to your customers across Canada and the US

Ecommerce fulfillment centres in Toronto and Vancouver, US fulfillment centres in Philadelphia, Dallas and LA, plus last mile delivery hubs across Canada.

Choose the speed that fits the order.

Same-day for qualifying local orders. Next-day for eligible destinations. Standard ground when the order allows more time. Air Skip for suitable consolidated lanes. We confirm availability, cutoff and transit expectations before you publish a delivery promise.
Same-day
Collected from the facility holding your stock and delivered inside the day, on routes built against that day's actual volume.
Next-day
The default for regional and business deliveries, where overnight is the expectation rather than an upgrade.
Air Skip
Shipments move by air into a distant market, then enter local delivery. The service plan is agreed against your actual lane.
Standard ground
A ground service for volume where cost matters more than an urgent delivery window.

Where we deliver

Send us your destination mix, the postal codes your orders actually go to, and we will tell you what we cover directly and what we would do with the rest. It is a more useful answer than a map, because it is about your volume rather than ours.

Why choose Ecom for the last mile?

Plan for peak demand

Share the volume and dispatch dates behind your busiest weeks. Capacity and seasonal terms belong in the delivery plan before the orders arrive.

Understand the delivery cost

Review the quoted parcel rate alongside fuel, seasonal and other applicable terms. The proposal should make clear which charges are included and which can vary.

Know what the invoice measures

Use accurate parcel weights and dimensions when comparing rates. Agree how measurement differences, delivery exceptions and additional work are handled for your account.

Connect the order systems

Supported store, warehouse and API connections keep order data and delivery events together. We confirm the connection and required updates before live orders begin.

Let’s talk about your delivery plan.

Tell us your monthly order volume, pickup location and customer destinations. Include any weekend, signature or special delivery requirements so the team can assess the service and pricing.

Tell us about your volume

A specialist will review your requirements and contact you about next steps.

Technology and integrations behind the delivery.

Your store sends the order. Delivery events return to its shipment record. Supported connections, tracking and proof of delivery give your team a common starting point when a customer asks what happened. Marketplace order routes and any API or EDI requirements are confirmed during setup.

What we connect to

See every integration

The details your customer notices.

Tracking is useful when it explains the next step. Agree the delivery instructions, updates and exception process for your programme so the customer knows where to look and your team knows who owns the follow-up.

Delivery schedule

Include weekend and peak-season needs when planning service. The operating schedule is confirmed for your routes.

Shipment tracking

The tracking page shows events recorded against the shipment, giving your team and the recipient a shared reference.

Delivery updates

Confirm the supported notification channels and events for your account, so customer messages match the shipment record.

Proof of delivery

Completed deliveries carry a recorded outcome and proof where provided. Discuss signature or ID-check requirements before launch.

Delivery instructions

Share access details and recipient preferences before dispatch, with the supported instructions agreed during setup.

Address changes

Request a correction as soon as an address changes. Operations confirms whether it can be applied to an order already in transit.

Alternative destinations

Bring counter, locker or remote-location requirements to the service review. Availability needs to be checked for the destination.

Failed delivery attempts

An unsuccessful attempt stays on the shipment record. Reattempt and return handling follow the service plan agreed for the account.

Recipient support

Recipients have a direct route to delivery support. The tracking number helps the team find the relevant shipment and event.

Brand and operations support

Your team can review the same order and delivery record with operations when an exception needs investigation.

The delivery is part of your brand.

Your customer gets delivery updates, tracking and proof at the door. When an order needs attention, the exception stays on the shipment record and there is a direct route to support. Your team can follow the same status instead of chasing a separate carrier inbox.
  • Tracking and delivery updates on the shipment
  • Proof of delivery and sender-requested signatures
  • Delivery exceptions recorded for follow-up
  • Direct recipient support and escalation

What shippers ask first

Do you deliver everywhere we sell?
Ask us with your destination mix and we will tell you which of it we cover directly and what we would do with the rest. We would rather answer that against your actual order data than publish a list that is right for someone else's.
Can we offer a delivery promise on our product page?
That is what the service levels are for. Which promise you can make depends on where your stock sits relative to your customers, so it is worth settling before you write it into your checkout.
What does our customer see?
A tracking number that resolves to every scan recorded against the shipment, and a completed delivery carrying a timestamped photo. Recipients who contact us are answered on our support pages rather than sent back to you.
Do we have to move our fulfillment to you as well?
No. Delivery runs for stock we hold and for stock you hold, though the two are easier to promise on when the inventory and the route are on the same system.
How does this reach our order management system?
Orders come in and statuses go back through the same platform integrations the rest of the network uses, so delivery events land on the order record rather than in a separate portal.
What happens when a delivery goes wrong?
The attempt or the exception is recorded against the shipment and visible to both of us. Damage and shortage reports come to us directly from your customer if you would rather they did not come to you.

Built to grow with your order volume.

Fulfillment, freight and delivery share the network. Electric vehicles run alongside the fleet, with routes planned against actual orders. Our sustainability page sets out the practices and what we have measured.
